Bradley Nelson DDS, MAGD
graduated with honors from the University of Minnesota School of
Dentistry in 1984. After, he joined the Air Force, completed a one
year General Practice Residency and remained on active duty for ten
years at bases in Wichita Falls, TX, Grand Forks, ND, Azores
Islands, Portugal, and Marquette, Michigan. Brad purchased and
began working at Bay Dental Care in 1996. He and his wife Toni, raised
their family in Afton, MN then moved in 2013 to White Bear Lake,
returning to their hometown. They have four grown children and enjoy
family time, walking, biking, house projects, outdoor activities and
talking. Brad values conversations with the BDC team and his
patients.
Dr. Nelson actively pursues current techniques and technology to
maintain an advanced practice. He is passionate about airway centered orthodontics for adults and children as well as complex cases involving implants.
In 2006, he received the prestigious
Master of the Academy of General Dentistry Award (MAGD) given to fewer than 5% of dentists nationwide. He is the co-chair of the continuing education committee and past President of the Minnesota Academy of General Dentistry.
Sharlene Arnason DDS
graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She completed Post-Doctoral Dental
General Practice residency at the University of Minnesota - Fairview
Hospital.
Dr. Arnason is committed to ongoing dental education and has pursued
further training in the areas of TMJ disorders, cosmetic dentistry,
endodontics, pediatric dentistry, CEREC restorations and implant
restorations.She has completed Academy of General Dentistry Post Graduate training
in Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the University of Minnesota Post
Graduate Esthetic Masters Program. She is particularly interested in orthodontic braces and INVISALIGN for
both children and adults..
Shar's caring and empathetic character cater's to those hesitant to
come to the dental office for care. Dr. Arnason always looks forward to meeting new patients and enjoys
working with both children and adults alike.
Michelle – Dental Administrator
Michelle graduated from Century College and has been a dental assistant at Bay Dental Care since 1987. She has seen many changes take place at this practice! Michelle lives in Roberts, Wisconsin with her husband Jeremy and son Tucker. She loves taking her son to hockey and baseball games and spending time in her gardens at home.

Chandra – Dental Assistant
Chandra started her dental assisting career here at Bay Dental Care in 2023. She is friendly and enthusiastic with excellent skills chair side assisting, multi tasking and great patient care.

Nalee - Dental Assistant
Nalee went to Century College and shortly after came to Bay Dental Care in 2021. She brings enthusiasm and energy to her job as well as fresh ideas and a willingness to help where needed.

Stacy - Dental Hygienist
Stacy has been in the dental field since 1997. She was a dental
assistant for the first five years and then continued her education to
become a dental hygienist. Stacy has been at Bay Dental Care since 2006.
She lives in Roberts, Wisconsin with her husband Adam, son and
daughter. Her children keep her busy with their various sports and activities.
She enjoys spending time at their families’ cabin in Grand Marais,
Minnesota, running and spending time with family and friends. Stacy says
the best part about her job is getting to talk with patients and getting
to know them and their families.
Kristine - Dental Hygienist
Kristine has been a dental hygienist since 1997 and began working at Bay
Dental Care in 2016. She and her husband, Gregory, reside in Bayport and
both appreciate that they can walk to work, as Andersen Windows is her
husband’s employer. Although Kristine was raised in Fargo, N.D., she has
ancestral roots in this town. Kristine and her husband are raising three
teenagers, Caleb, Sophia, and Grace, in the same home that her great
grandparents, Whitey and Maggie Lee, her grandmother, Helen Lee Berger,
and her mother, Linda Berger, also resided in. Kristine enjoys time with
family, gardening, interior decorating/organizing, and also writing.

here at Bay Dental. I immediately felt welcomed and connected. Also,
there are many patients who knew my grandmother and great
grandparents. How wonderful it is to have my patients give me glimpses
of moments they shared with my ancestors!
As a hygienist, it is imperative to me to continually remain updated with
knowledge, technology, and skills. Genuinely connecting with my patients
and providing the best care possible is everything to me.”
